Denise A. “Niessy” Horne, 57, of Port Clinton, passed away Thursday, March 25, at University of Toledo Medical Center. She was born Jan. 9, 1964 in Sandusky, the daughter of Melvin G. and Katie (Covington) Blackburn, Sr.

Funeral services will be conducted at noon on Thursday, April 1, at Neidecker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1124 Fulton St. Port Clinton, where visitation will be held Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
