Donna Jane (Clemons) Swiergosz, 83, of Port Clinton, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 24 at her residence. She was born on March 27, 1936 in Tiffin, Ohio, the daughter of the late Elmer and Hopewell Clemons.

Visitation was held at the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home and Crematory on Dec. 28. A Mass of Christian Burial followed at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial followed in Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton.
