‘Drowsy Chaperone’ a top spoof in Oak Harbor

Live theatre is back and, thanks to the Oak Harbor Thespians, showgoers will have at the chance to watch and laugh at “The Drowsy Chaperone” as it explodes with song, dance, and pure entertainment.

Tickets are $10 for shows Friday through Sunday, March 25-27.

General Public Pre-Sale of tickets is available at the Oak Harbor High School Main Office from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and Student Pre-Sale in the cafeteria during lunch, both on Tuesday-Thursday, March 22-24.

Laugh out loud as the narrator’s favorite broadway show comes to life, in his mind and in his apartment. The apartment is transformed into a 1920’s estate, the setting for a society wedding.

Guests arrive and the musical within the comedy begins. Packed with show-stopping numbers and larger-than-life characters, here’s a Tony Award-winning spoof that will have everyone falling in love with zany musical comedies.
