Boys and girls won’t be allowed to hop along the bunny trail this Easter season, but the Port Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce has figured out a way to allow children to enjoy an Easter Egg Hunt around Port Clinton, despite Stay at Home directives during the coronavirus pandemic.
Officials are encouraging youngsters to color, paint or draw an Easter egg display for the yard, front door or window. With an adult at the wheel of the family car, kids can “hunt” for eggs without getting out of the vehicle now through Easter Sunday.
Email photos of your favorite displays to: editor@thebeacon.net or info@portclintonchamber.com. As many photos as possible will be included in upcoming editions of The Beacon newspaper.
