Elizabeth Slotnick is sworn in as a board member of The Park District of Ottawa County by Judge Frederick C. Hany II.

The Park District of Ottawa County has announced the recent appointment of Elizabeth Slotnick to the Board of Park Commissioners. Slotnick will continue an unexpired term ending Dec. 31. She was sworn in on Thursday, June 23 by Judge Frederick C. Hany II.

The Board of Park Commissioners is a five-person assembly. The board is currently working on a wide variety of projects throughout Ottawa County including the first Parks and Trails Improvement Grant program; the North Coast Inland Trail Genoa to Millbury extension; and the Catawba Islander Trail and Greenway Master Plan.
