Fill up the plastic gobbling fish

Image of a fish shaped plastic receptacle in Port Clinton

A creative plastic-gobbling “fish” now graces the Portage River shoreline at the North end of Madison Street in Port Cliinton. The wonderful plastic-recycling fish was designed by Josh Zetzer, and was manufactured locally by Cody Gabel. The fished was donated by The Greater Port Clinton Arts Council, Ottawa County Foundation and Ohio Arts. The Plastic Eating Perch is an art piece, and most importantly a receptacle for recycling plastic bottles, so please fill her up! There will be additional art pieces for this purpose placed throughout Ottawa County. (Photo by D’Arcy Egan)
