Dean Miller, President and CEO of First National Bank has announced the following staff promotions within the bank.
Peter Schwager who has been promoted to Senior Vice President and is assuming the title of Chief Process and Innovation Officer. He will continue to supervise loan operations, but will also be leading the charge for the bank’s continued process improvement and enhanced digital offerings for our clients.
His background in banking — with experience in lending, compliance, and technology along with prior tenure at a data processing company — will help to continue to deliver high class customer service as the industry evolves with newer technological options.
Brenda Clark has been promoted to Vice President/Retail Manager for the Ottawa and Sandusky county offices. Clark will remain connected and a vital part of her existing markets while adding her strengths and experience to support these new areas. She has been with the bank since 2017 and has 21 years of banking experience.
Toni Corrado who is assuming the role of Assistant Vice President/Retail Operations Coordinator. She will take over the operational duties which includes compliance related responsibilities, branch retail operations, public funds and other areas that help support the consistent operation of First National branch offices. Corrado has been with the bank for over 15 years and is excited to take on this new role.
Elizabeth Hayes has been promoted to Vice President/Retail Manager for the Erie and Huron county offices. Hayes will remain connected and a vital part of her existing markets while adding her strengths and experience to support these new areas. She has been with the bank since 2020 and has strong customer service, management, and community banking experience.
