First National Bank announces staff changes

Dean Miller, President and CEO of First National Bank, has announced staffing changes and new hires within the bank. Brandon Barr has accepted the position of VP Commercial Lender. He transitioned from being VP Loan Operations Manager and has been with the bank for 7 years. Brandon and his wife live in Bellevue with their two children. Jennie Hipp has joined FNB as the Branch Manager of the new Norwalk Branch opening at the end of April. She comes to FNB with over 17 years of banking experience and is very involved in the Norwalk Community, including being a member of Kiwanis club of Norwalk and serving on Norwalk City Planning Commission. Pete Schwager has joined the Bank as Vice President, Loan Operations Manager. Pete has over 35 years of banking experience in the areas of bank operations management, audit, compliance, and most recently as a Senior Loan Officer. He is the past President of the Friends of Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge and past Treasurer of the Marblehead Peninsula Chamber of Commerce. Schwager and his wife live on the Marblehead Peninsula.
