Bring a flashlight and follow the jack-o-lanterns!

Just in time for Halloween, the Pumpkin Walk will encourage people to get out on Thursday, Oct. 26 from 6-8 p.m. and follow the jack-o-lanterns on a casual hike at Meadowbrook Marsh in Danbury Township. The evening adventure is hosted by the Park District of Ottawa County and Danbury Township.

Walkers and hikers will follow a trail of flickering jack-o-lanterns through the beautiful park. To make the free hike even more worthwhile, cider and donuts will be waiting after hikers finish the trail. Participants can show up at any time between 6-8 p.m.

Meadowbrook Marsh is located at 857 E. Bayshore Rd., Lakeside-Marblehead.
