The next free ELMS community meals sponsored by Peace Lutheran Church and St. Thomas Episcopal Church will be offered on Thursday, Feb.15 at 5 p.m. at St. Thomas Episcopal Church at 214 E. 2nd St. in Port Clinton. The meals, which are carryout only, will include ham, scalloped potatoes, vegetable and dessert.
