The Genoa Senior Center is hosting this year’s West End Picnic & Fundraiser on Wednesday, June 19 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Genoa Fire Hall in Genoa.  This year’s picnic includes Karaoke with Kari, provided by Guiding Hands Home Health. The day is sure to be exciting with Prize Bingo, a 50/50 raffle and a picnic lunch included.

Tickets are $5 and will benefit Wreaths Across America. The event is open to any senior, 60 years of age or older. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. and will consist of BBQ pork sandwiches, macaroni & cheese, green beans, coleslaw, cinnamon apples and cookies. Lemonade, iced tea and bottled water will also be available.

Sponsors include Heartland Hospice, Genoa Retirement Village, Harris-Elmore Library, Marco’s Pizza, Stein Hospice Senior Resources and Walker Family Funeral Homes.
