The clock is ticking, and if you have yet to cast your ballot for the Tuesday, Nov. 3 election, time’s a-wasting. The Ottawa County Board of Elections has been a very busy place lately, as people get in line to vote early or stop by to drop off their absentee ballots.

If you’re worried that a mailed ballot won’t arrive on or before Nov. 3, the drop box in front of the Ottawa County Board of Elections, 8444 W. SR 163, Oak Harbor (by the Riverview Healthcare Campus) can handle ballots 24/7.

The hours for early voting on Oct. 21-23 are from 8 a,m. to 6 p.m.; Oct. 24 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Oct. 25 from 1-5 p.m.; Oct. 26-30 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Oct. 31 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Nov. 1 from 1-5 p.m.; Nov. 2 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.; and on Election Day, which is Tuesday, Nov. 3, vote at your assigned polling location.
