Gilberto “Gilbert” Garza Mares, 85, of Port Clinton, passed away on Jan. 19 at Mercy St. Vincent Hospital, Toledo. Gilberto was born on Jan 4, 1936 in Santa Rosa, Texas, the son of Ezequiel and Francisca (Garza) Mares.
