Openings are still available for Head Start preschool through Great Lakes Community Action Partnership (GLCAP) Port Clinton Early Childhood Center.

Through GLCAP Head Start, children can receive no-cost, full-day preschool that focuses on kindergarten readiness, socialization and other important developmental needs for children and families. Head Start provides meals and snacks, health screenings and other services.

Though eligibility is in part determined by income, staff look at each family’s circumstances and will assist in finding parents and caregivers the best option for their children’s needs.
