The Ottawa County Family Advocacy Center’s GRANDLove project hosted a Halloween party for kids being raised by grandparents last week. The group, known as LOL (Living out Loud), meets twice monthly and is a fun-filled support group for children in the 5th grade and up being raised by grandparents or other family members.
With the help of program coordinators Rosalyn Barnhill, Cassidy Steinmetz and Judy Peters, the kids enjoyed art projects, games, pumpkin carving, Halloween food and other spooky fun! For more information about the GrandLove project, contact the center at 419-301-0225.
