Hutchinson joins First National Bank as Chief Credit Officer

Ralph Hutchinson has joined the Senior Management Team as the Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of First National Bank, announced Dean Miller, President and CEO.

“Ralph’s background of regulatory experience and credit focused work in the banking arena will bring a unique skillset to our management team.” said Miller.

Hutchinson’s early career was spent as a bank regulator for the Ohio Division of Banks in Findlay and Akron, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (U.S. Treasury) in Los Angeles, Boston and New York, and Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Significant focus was on Commercial Lending, Asset Quality, Credit Risk Management, Credit Administration, and Compliance.

After 10 years working for Government Regulatory Agencies, Hutchinson worked for California community banks in Napa, Calif. in Credit Administration and in Sacramento, Calif. as Chief Credit Officer. He also operated a bank consulting advisory service for 15 years, providing solutions for banks across the country.

Hutchinson has two children, enjoys sailing, music and volunteering for humanitarian causes, including mentoring at risk children and under-served groups.
