Janet M. Schmidt, 63, of Martin, passed away Tuesday, July 6, at Bay Park Community Hospital, Oregon. She was born on July 10, 1957, in Toledo, to Harold J. and Velma (Diefenthaler) Fillmore.

Memorial services for Janet will be conducted 11 a.m., Saturday, July 17, at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, 122 W. Ottawa St., Oak Harbor, with visitation one hour prior from 10-11 a.m. at the church. Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Oak Harbor is assisting the family with arrangements.
