If Blues to Bluegrass, with a hot harmonica, is your kind of sound, Jim Seliga will have everyone toe-tapping at RiverFront Live! On Friday, June 10 at the Meals on Madison Area in downtown Port Clinton from 5-6:30 p.m.
Growing up in Pennsylvania, Seliga was an inspired harmonica player. He was experimenting with classic rock and folk and began to specialize in blues. Later on, he was introduced to bluegrass music and began playing rhythm guitar.
Over the years, Seliga has developed his own style, mixing blues and bluegrass. He cites Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Charlie Musselwhite and Jonathon Edwards as influences on developing his style of harmonica playing. Today he is playing everything from Blues to Bluegrass and focuses on classic rock and folk music.
