John Pickle has been providing a music therapy service for nursing homes health care and adult day care facilities as a community service. Once the sun goes down, however, Pickle has been a popular performer all around the area while putting on more than 300 shows at area clubs and bars.

On Friday, June 9 the John Pickle Show will be featured on RiverFront Live! at 6 p.m. on the Entertainment District Stage on Madison Street in downtown Port Clinton, opening another weekend of music.

Pickle also enjoys doing private parties and other special functions in Toledo and surrounding areas and has a great reputation for entertaining fans. He has appeared at Overboard Bar and Grill in Port Clinton, the Lakeside Pavilion, The Garrison in Fremont. With the variety of songs he picks — everything from the old sing-along songs to novelty comedy tunes — Pickle is a high energy musician with a sense of humor mixed in.

He revels in a lot of audience participation, to put on a very entertaining and light-hearted program.
