TIFFIN – Johnson’s Island Civil War Roundtable of Tiffin member, Chuck Hall, will present “The Battle of Fort Ticonderoga – Did This Event Save The American Revolution?” at the group’s next meeting on Sunday, Nov. 23, at 4 p.m.

The Battle of Fort Ticonderoga had an important impact on the American Revolutionary War and the history of the future United States. The battle gave the American cause hope with a victory on an unexpected front and much needed artillery for upcoming important battles.

The meeting will be held at Trinity United Church of Christ, 131 E. Perry St. in Tiffin.
