Joyce Below came home to Port Clinton with a magnificent array of glass work to display at last weekend’s Arts in the Park, earning the Port Clinton High School grad from 1984 and her husband, Jim Yuko, the couple’s first Best in Show award.

Yuko, a NASA Glenn engineer, created the sturdy steel rods and stands that supported Below’s hand-blown nautical-themed creations designed for both the garden and indoors. Below and Yuko live in Chardon, Ohio.
