Joyce Kessler has accepted the position of Director of Support Services and Transitional Housing for Ottawa County Transitional Housing Inc. (OCTHI). Kessler joined the team on Tuesday, Oct. 4.
Kessler is a graduate of Port Clinton High School. She received her Associate of Arts Degree from Lorain County Community College and her Bachelor’s degree from the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Studies at Cleveland State University.
She comes to OCTHIO with 20 years of experience in management, training and testing, recruitment, and supervision, working with federal and state public dollars, customer service delivery, program compliance training and technical assistance, and curriculum design and implementation. Kessler takes pride in having the ability to think outside the box, especially in customer service delivery.
She will miss living in Rocky River, but is looking forward to relocating and coming back home to Port Clinton.
