Joyful Connections will host an Open House at its new facility located at 8200 W State Route 163 in Oak Harbor on Tuesday, Feb. 4. The public is invited to join in the celebration from 1-4 p.m. and the Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce will be on hand at 2:30 p.m. for the official ribbon cutting.

Joyful Connections is a local non-profit agency providing opportunities for children to stay connected with their parents or other family members in a safe, secure, neutral, and child-focused environment.
