Judge Mayle sits on Ohio Supreme Court case

Judge Christine Mayle of Ohio’s Sixth District Court of Appeals, which includes Ottawa County, recently sat on the Supreme Court of Ohio to hear oral arguments and decide Ohio State Bar Association v. Harvey B. Bruner.  This was Judge Mayle’s second time serving as a visiting judge on the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Judge Mayle is currently the only female judge on the Sixth District Court of Appeals, which sits in Toledo and hears appeals from all trial courts in Erie, Fulton, Huron, Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky, Williams, and Wood counties.
