Judy M. Buhrow, 71,, of Oak Harbor passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, Sept. 23, at her residence. She was born on February 25, 1949 in Toledo to Harold “Perp” and Fern (Hultz) Martin.

Visitation was held on Sunday, Sept. 27, at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Oak Harbor. Funeral services were conducted 11 a.m., Monday, Sept. 28, at St. John Lutheran Church, Rocky Ridge with Pastor Shawn O’Brien officiating.
