Justin Rodemich has joined the First National Bank as Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer by Dean Miller, President and CEO of First National Bank. Rodemich began his career with Sky Financial Group (Sky Bank) and then began working for a larger regional bank for the past 14 years.

He has held a number of key positions throughout his banking career from Deposit Operations Management, Project Management, Strategy Officer and Director of Operations Management. Most recently, his responsibilities include Director of Loan Operations for Consumer, Mortgage and Commercial lending. In addition, Rodemich managed eBanking services including retail and commercial digital banking, treasury advanced services, and Client Care Center.

This prior experience will help transition First National Bank by expanding and enhancing its digital banking offerings in all facets of the industry, said Miller. This will also allow the operations areas of the bank to look at efficiencies which can help better serve the bank’s clientele.

Rodemich, his wife, and two sons reside in Stony Ridge, where they enjoy spending time with their 180-pound Newfoundland.
