K of C Soccer Challenge tests penalty kicks on Nov. 2

Oct 25, 2023 | Around Ottawa County | 0 comments

Every year K of C Council 1750 sponsors a Soccer Challenge for the youth of the community. The event is open to all area boys and girls from ages 9 – 14 to try their skills in shooting penalty kicks. The youth compete against all others in their age and gender. Certificates and awards are provided.

The Council is working with the Port Clinton Youth Soccer League in presenting the event. The council provides pizza in conjunction with the event for an added incentive. Get out the word to all your family and friends. The Council also can use help in conducting the event.

The event this year will be on Thursday, Nov. 2 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Tru-Lay Stadium in Port Clinton. For information, or to serve as a volunteer, contact Andy Migas at migas1021@outlook.com.
