Ottawa County Family Advocacy Center staff members (left to right) Rosalyn Barnhill, Cassidy Steinmetz and Annie Hild accepted a donation of much-needed diapers from the Kiwanis Club of Port Clinton.

The Kiwanis Club of Port Clinton recently held its Kiwanis Club Diaper Drive to help support families being served by the Ottawa County Family Advocacy Center (OCFAC) in Port Clinton. Diapers and wipes were collected to be distributed to families in need.  This collection was done as a part of the recent Kiwanis One Day, when Kiwanis members go out in a force as a large global group to make an impact on their communities.

Connie Cornett, executive director of the OCFAC in Port Clinton, reiterated how appreciative the Family Advocacy Center is of such critical gifts as diapers and baby wipes are, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
