Lakeside has announced it will be bringing back the beloved Lakeside Symphony Orchestra (LSO) season for 2021. This summer, the LSO will be presenting concerts as a modified chamber orchestra for a summer of classical music conducted by Daniel Meyer.
A native of Cleveland, Meyer studied conducting at the Hochschule für Musik in Vienna as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar. Chamber music ensembles from the LSO will also be giving concerts and musical presentations while the LSO is in residence.

Saturday, July 31, 7:30 p.m.
Featuring the music of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, Dvorak’s Serenade for Strings, and other selections by Elgar and Gorecki.
Tuesday, Aug. 3, 7:30 p.m.
Children’s Concert: “Did you Hear That? Unusual Sounds in the Symphony”
Great for the whole family, join the Lakeside Symphony Chamber Orchestra in a children’s concert that features a night of fun with classical music and more.
Friday, Aug. 6, 7:30 p.m.
Concluding summer symphony concert featuring the music of Beethoven’s Symphony No. 2 and other selections by Faure and Respighi.
