The Lakeside Chautauqua resort community on the south shore of Lake Erie announced Monday a real estate brokerage partnership with Keller Williams Elevate, a top producing real estate agency owned and operated by Jose Medina, operating partner.
The KW Elevate team has more than 330 agents with offices in Medina, Strongsville, Brecksville and now Lakeside.
Lakeside and KW Elevate are joining forces to strengthen and grow the real estate market in and around Lakeside Marblehead, said officials.
“We couldn’t be more pleased that Jose and the Keller Williams Elevate team have decided to join our community as Lakeside’s new broker in our realty company. We believe Jose’s energy, hospitality and generosity toward community will be a great addition to the character and culture of Lakeside Chautauqua,” said Daniel Rogers, President and CEO of Lakeside.
The former broker, Charlene Carrol, has retired from the Lakeside realty office after serving 14 years as the broker and over 40 years as a realtor in the Lakeside community. The transition should be seamless for Lakeside’s clients with current agents Pam Vogel, Kathy Joy and Jill O’Neal “enthusiastically joining the Keller Williams Elevate team.”
“We are very excited to be in a partnership with the community of Lakeside. Keller Williams Elevate is looking forward to building relationships and serving the community of Lakeside for all their real estate needs. We look forward to serving residents and future residents of Lakeside and creating a customer centric client experience,” said Medina, Operating Partner.
The Lakeside Chautauqua Realty office name will formally change to Lakeside Real Estate Group powered by Keller Williams Elevate. Visit the Lakeside Chautauqua Realty Facebook page or call 419-798-4416 for updates as the transition progresses.
