LogistiQ is a brand new 100-year-old company with deep roots in American ingenuity and manufacturing excellence. A dynamic part of the LEWCO family, LogistiQ is a vertically integrated, conveyance solutions provider, purpose-built for the e-commerce distribution market.

On Thursday, Dec. 8, LogistiQ, a Division of LEWCO Inc., had a ribbon cutting ceremony and holiday party at the beautiful new blue-and-white facility in Port Clinton.

A third-generation family-owned business, LogistiQ provides turn-key solutions encompassing strategic planning, design, manufacturing, installation and service. Its new 750,000-square foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is dedicated to keeping the small parcel distribution world moving full speed ahead.

With the ecommerce industry booming, LEWCO launched the LogistiQ division in 2021 to provide comprehensive, vertically integrated solutions for ecommerce material handling.

LogistiQ is known for providing turn-key solutions encompassing strategic planning, design, manufacturing, installation, and service. The company selected the location to meet its needs and allow for expansion at 5225 W. Lakeshore Dr., Building 460, Port Clinton. The spacious former World War II depot went under extensive renovation, becoming a state-of-the-art production and office space.

A large capacity facility was needed to house every department. That includes, but is not limited to, fabrication, machining, roller and pulley manufacturing, panel building, robotic manual welding, automated powder line and assembly.

LogistiQ invested nearly $15 million in state-of-the-art automated equipment that improves both quality and lead time for products. This includes an automated laser and bend cell, just one of three in North America.

Some of the product lines include Automation, Parcel Belt, Parcel Gravity, Spiral Chutes, Flexible Conveyor, Mech Lite Ground Systems and Mech Lite Elevated Systems. These systems keep businesses in the ecommerce distribution industry running smoothly, thanks to expanded engineering services, precision fabrication and customized design solutions.

LogistiQ prides themselves in their product quality, lead times, but also runs the business around eight key words: Curious, innovative, meticulous, inclusive, collaborative, honest, reliable and efficient.
