Lucy the Wonder Dog will pass out donuts during Catholic Schools Week at Immaculate Conception School on Sunday, Jan. 31.
Catholic Schools Week is fast approaching and the school year at Immaculate Conception School has been amazing, despite the many changes to the ICS school day.
Many things have stayed the same, with ICS still the home to a wonderful staff, a student body of faith-filled leaders, and the mission of kindness and service that has been its foundation for 97 years. This very different year has made it necessary, however, to change the school’s format of its annual Catholic Schools Week Open House.
ICS will host “Lucy the Wonder Dog’s Donut Drive-thru” this Sunday, Jan. 31 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Anyone interested in more information about an ICS education is welcome to drive through the school’s back parking area, and staff will be available to answer questions. Lucy the Wonder Dog, the school’s mascot this past year, will help pass out donuts and enrollment packets for the 2021-22 school year. All are welcome.
Immaculate Conception School is open to children from 3 and 4 years old preschool through the 5th grade. ICS is proud of its small class sizes, a faith and value based education, and an outstanding staff committed to leaving no child behind. Kindness and respect is taught and expected. The school is open to children of all faiths.
ICS is located at 109 W. 4th Street, Port Clinton. Call the school at 419-734-3315 with questions.
