The 30th annual Jerry Lippus Memorial Classic Car Show on Madison Street in downtown Port Clinton was packed with custom cars, from a find selection of Ford Model T’s to the latest powerhouse rides for cruising around the area.
Thomas Wieber was judged to have the top custom car, a 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air. Chris Cianciola grabbed a second-place trophy with his 1965 reproduction Shelby Cobra GT, followed by Mike Dillinger with a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RD. The people’s Choice Award went to Bernie Wilfong with a classic 1959 Ford F1 pickup truck.
Car fans enjoyed the road music throughout the show, and the commands to “rev ‘em up” on occasion.
