
Kim Schreiner, Vice President of Nursing
Kim Schreiner, MSN, RN, OCN, has been hired as Magruder Hospital’s Vice President of Nursing. Schreiner earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bowling Green State University. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing, with a concentration on Nurse Executive Leadership, from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois.
Prior to Magruder, Schreiner was the Director of Oncology Services at the University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center at Firelands Regional Medical Center. In this position, Schreiner was responsible for all clinical and financial operations of the center including accreditations, project leadership and assisting with physician recruitment.
Schreiner has worked in the nursing field for over 20 years in various leadership roles. Her professional memberships include the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American Nurses Association, Ohio Nurses Association and the Oncology Nursing Society. Schreiner has had the opportunity to fulfill her strong passion for nursing education through a variety of roles at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, Firelands Regional Medical Center, and the Firelands Regional Medical Center School of Nursing.
