As a national leader in healthcare consumer and workforce engagement, Magruder Hospital was recently named a 2021 Guardian of Excellence Award winner by Press Ganey. It recognized Magruder Hospital as a top-performing healthcare organization, achieving the 95th percentile or above for performance in patient experience in its Emergency Department.

Magruder Hospital cites its Patient Satisfaction Council as one of the keys to continuously focusing on and improving hospital quality, safety, outcomes and patient experience.
