Marvin E. “Punk” Chambers, 70, of Martin, Ohio died Sunday, April 5 at Regency Hospital, Sylvania after a lengthy illness. He was born in Clay Center on March 8, 1950, the son of Marvin W. and Anna M. (Recny) Chambers.
