Max Solomon and Cameron Schmitt In Senior Spotlight for December

Port Clinton High School announced the Senior Spotlights for January 2024 are Max Solomon and Cameron Schmitt.

Max Solomon has been active in various programs at Port Clinton High School. He is taking honors and College Credit Plus courses and has been a member of the golf team since his sophomore year. Max enjoys being a member of the PCHS A Cappella Group, Touch of Class, and the PCHS choirs. In his junior year, he joined drama club and has been a part of musical productions. He is also involved in Key Club, serving as president during his junior and senior years. Outside of school, he is the captain for the Fremont Ice Wolves Hockey Team. Next year, he will continue his education at Bowling Green State University. Max is the son of Matt and Jody Solomon.

Cameron Schmitt is president and former vice president of PCHS National Honor Society and a member of Future Professionals in Medicine. She has been dedicated to the Redskin Softball program during her high school career and is a three-year varsity letter winner. In addition, through softball, she is a Kiwanis Scholar Athlete, is on the SBC All-Academic Team, and is a representative on the PCHS Captain’s Advisory Council. She was a member of the PCHS choirs and was selected for three years to the Honors Choir. After graduation, Cameron plans to further her education majoring in Pharmacy at the University of Findlay. Cameron is the daughter of Nate and Laura Schmitt.
