The traditional Memorial Day Parade scheduled for Monday, May 31, in Port Clinton has been cancelled by officials of Port Clinton’s VFW Post 2480. Instead, there will be a Memorial Day ceremony to be celebrated at 11 a.m. at Veterans Park, 115 Monroe St. at West 2nd St., Port Clinton.

The Fraternal Order Eagles Grande Parade is still on schedule during the Walleye Festival. It is going to be held held from 1-2 p.m. on Saturday, May 29, with the Grande Parade Awards to be presented at The Walleye Festival from 2:30-3 p.m. at the Entertainment Tent at Waterworks Park.
