Merlin Lee Hetrick passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, March 24, at the age of 89. Merlin was born on March 3, 1932 in Toledo to Gerald A. and Elsie D. (Lilje) Hetrick.

Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. on Thursday, April 1, at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory in Oak Harbor, with the family present from 2-4 p.m. and from 6-8 p.m. A funeral service for Merlin will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 2, at the funeral home.
