The weather is always a challenge at the end of October along the North Coast of Ohio, but Port Clinton’s special Trick or Treating enjoyed surprisingly warm temperatures and sunny skies on Saturday. The balmy weather and a wealth of candy bars and lollipops attracted crowds of princesses, skeletons, and even Indiana Jones — and plenty of parents — to the downtown streets for the candy-filled pre-Halloween event.
