Nancy M. Jessee, 59, of Port Clinton, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 2, at her residence with her family by her side. She was born on June 25, 1962, in Webster City, Iowa, the daughter of Sylvia (Harrison) Kell.

There will be no visitation or services at this time as cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Nancy’s Life will be held at a later date.
