Port Clinton High School National Honor Society recently held its Induction Ceremony in the Performing Arts Center. Assistant Principal Brian Hughes was the guest speaker. Superintendent of Schools Patrick Adkins gave the closing remarks. Kathy Miller is the National Honor Society Advisor.

The following students were inducted: Melissa Ali, Emily Holcomb, Carly Robinette, Lysette Auvil, Marah Horn, Kaitlyn Robinette, Owen Auxter, Mackenzie Jennings, Tyler Rodrigue-Hejhal, Carlie Blaesing, Gabrielle Johnson, Mia Sanchez, Taylor Bollinger, Christian Kolodziejczyk, Addisynne Siefke, Lydia Boykin, Alyssa Libben, Grace Smothers, Isabella Cross, Diego Lucero, Paige Smothers, Kirsten Cuevas, Gavin Maloy, Lily Spieldenner, Cairin Dix, Mackenzie Martinez, JJ Tripp, Parker Fanning, Isabella Marvicsin, Cadence Wallace, Olivia Felbinger, Akella Nardecchia, Makaila Webb, Cameron Gillum, Carlito Otero, Jacob Weldon, Claudia Gillum, Olivia Perry, Noah Yurista, Samantha Hall, Alexis Ransom and Noah Zimmerman.

The National Honor Society at Port Clinton High School plans and participates in a number of projects throughout the year including: Adopt-a-Road, Halloween Spooktacular, Salvation Army Bell Ringing, CAP Day, Breakfast with the Arts, Reading with Santa, and the High School Talent Show.

The NHS makes the following donations: Help students in need; Books to every Kindergarten student; and stuffed animals for the children at Magruder Hospital.
