As Magruder Hospital continues to limit traffic within the hospital, it is asking patients who need access to their health information to visit www.magruderhosptial.com and select its Patient Portal option that will allow you to sign up to view most of your medical information, book and track appointments and scheduled tests, and request prescription refills from a computer or Smartphone with an internet connection.

For those who need hardcopies of your medical records, visit www.magruderhospital.com and select PATIENTS  and navigate to the Medical Records heading.  From there you can send a completed request form to Magruder Hospital Medical Records 615 Fulton St., Port Clinton, Ohio 43452 or email it to medicalrecordsrequest@magruderhospital.com.  You can also feel free to call Magruder Medical Records directly at 419-732-4026.

Magruder officials are asking patients who are coming to pick up medical records they’ve called ahead to obtain to enter via the Outpatient Entrance on Monday through Friday between 8 a.m.-3 p.m. When coming into Magruder Hospital wear your mask and be prepared to let the staff know you are here to pick up medical records and they will bring the copies to you.
