FriendShip Stores, Ohio’s leading food, convenience and fuel retailer with two locations in the Port Clinton area, has opened another FriendShip Kitchen store in Sandusky. The 5,000 square foot store marks the third new-concept store the company has built in the past 18 months and its 26th stores along the shores of Lake Erie between Toledo and Cleveland.

Located at 4024 Hayes Ave., Sandusky (just off of Route 2 at the corner of Route 4 and West Strub Road), the new store features a proprietary FriendShip Kitchen restaurant and offers FriendShip Fuel. Beck Suppliers, one of the leading independent petroleum, propane and fuel services companies in all of Ohio, established the Friendship Stores in 1986. Today Beck is the leading family-owned convenience store operator in Ohio.

“Our guests rave about FriendShip Famous Chicken,” said VP of Food Service, Ed Burcher. Other favorites include our made fresh wraps and salads, and FriendShip savory crust pizza,” said Burcher. “There is something for everyone all through the day. Our lunch and dinner choices range from salads to sandwiches, pizza and FriendShip’s signature double hand-breaded chicken.

The store will be led by General Manager Kim Branham, an employee of FriendShip for over 19 years, and District Manager Mary Priddy, who has been employed by FriendShip for over 24 years. Other management leaders include Food Service Manager Cory Beach and Assistant Store Manager Karreye Cooper.
