Noah Shaw, a talented student excelling in academics, athletics and music. Shaw, earned the Senior Spotlight in December for his accomplishments at Port Clinton High School. He is a member of school’s Leadership Council, National Honor Society, Freshman Mentor and Treasurer for the Class of 2021.
Shaw was a four-year member of the golf team, serving as co-captain in both 2019 and 2020. He was also swim team captain, and a three-year member of the boys tennis team.
In golf, he earned SBC first team honors and was a district qualifier for three years. In 2019-2020, Noah was the SBC Lake Division Backstroke Champion and a three-year district qualifier on the swim team.
In addition to athletics, Shaw shares his music talent by participating in both vocal music and band at Port Clinton. He is a member of the distinguished A Cappella Choir, Touch of Class, and trumpet section leader for the Marching and Concert Bands.
Next year, Shaw plans to continue his education by majoring in history, with aspirations of a law degree. He is considering Ohio Northern University, where he will continue his golf career, or The Ohio State University, where he will audition for the marching band.
Shaw is the son of Paul and Karen Shaw.
