
Bodie
Volleyball star Nora Bodie is September’s Senior Spotlight, joining tennis and soccer standout Eddie Flick. Both were members of the Port Clinton Homecoming Court.
Bodie is president of Future Professionals in Medicine, officer of the International Club, and secretary of the Port Clinton High School Leadership Council. In addition, she is involved in the Envirothon Team and National Honor Society.
A student representative to the District Leadership Team, Bodie has been selected as a student liaison for the Board of Education. As a four-year member of the Port Clinton volleyball team, she was selected as captain and holds two school records for serving and hitting percentages.
Bodie has been a district qualifier as a member of the SBC Championship girls swimming and diving teams at Port Clinton. She was selected by her peers to be a member of the 2023 Homecoming Court.
Bodie plans to further her education next year as a biology major. She is the daughter of David and Michelle Bodie.

Fick
Fick has been involved in many of the clubs that Port Clinton High School has to offer for the past four years. He is a member of National Honor Society, Leadership Council and a Freshmen Mentor.
Fick is a leader by being designated as captain of both the boys soccer team and boys tennis team. His peers elected him as a member of the 2023 Homecoming Court. Eddie has served as a student representative to the District Leadership Team and has been selected as a student liaison for the Board of Education to represent the entire student body at Board of Education meetings.
Fick plans to attend The Ohio State University next year and major in nutrition with an emphasis on sports nutrition. Eddie is the son of Krystle and Ed Fick.
