The Oak Harbor Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner was held Jan. 25 to welcome newly-elected members and officers to the volunteer Board of Directors. The valued volunteers and community leaders work as ambassadors for the chamber, interpreting the mission of the organization and advancing its position.
New directors joining the board for a three-year term include Kathy Cochran with Koepke Insurance, and Marie Darr with Designs By Marie.
The officers elected to lead the chamber this year are President Debi Heiks with Habitat for Humanity of Ottawa County; Vice President Katherine Adams with JKA Farms, LLC; and Treasurer Adam Ohlemacher with Croghan Colonial Bank. Current board members include Mike Barr with Commodore Perry Federal Credit Union; Jessica Kowalski with Ottawa County Improvement Corporation; Guy Parmigian with BCS Schools; Patricia Peters of Magruder Hospital; Past President Cherie Salazar with Ottawa County Pest Control; Austin Short with The Pit Stop and Village of Oak Harbor; Chris Spangler with Spangler Motor Sales; and Paulette Weirich with Drown’s Dairy.
