Oak Harbor’s ‘Coffee and Book’ goes virtual on Nov. 10

The Oak Harbor Public Library staff will offer its “Coffee and a Book” on Tuesday, Nov. 10 at 11 a.m. via Zoom. Grab your favorite beverage and be prepared to discuss “Mrs. Lincoln’s Rival” by Jennifer Chiaverini. Pick up the book at the Library to read beforehand.

Let the library know if you would like to join and be sure to give them your email address for Zoom’s participation.

The evening book club will meet on Tuesday, Nov. 24 at 6 p.m. via Zoom. The discussion will center on “These is My Words: the Diary of Sarah Agnes Prine.”

Library hours are Monday –Thursday from 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Friday from 9:30 a.m.–5 p.m.; and Saturday from 9 a.m.-Noon. For the safety of patrons and staff, masks are required when you come into the library. Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Computer use is limited to 30 minutes. At this time, in-library programs and meeting rooms are not available. Please call 419-898-7001 with any questions.

The Oak Harbor Public Library Local History & Museum Center is open to the public on Tuesdays from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. and Thursdays from 10 a.m.-Noon by appointment only.
