Caroline Ohm, 74, of Port Clinton, died Wednesday, Jan. 9, at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo. She was born April 21, 1944 in Lunenburg County, Va., daughter of Bernard and Pauline (Beaver) Russell. Caroline worked at Mon Ami as a waitress for over 25 years.
Surviving are her husband of 56 years: Robert; sons: Tracey (Jodi) Ohm of Huron, Troy (Betty) Ohm of Port Clinton, Todd Ohm of Las Vegas, Nev.; grandchildren: Jordan Ohm, Cameron Ohm, Kelsey Ohm, Ashlyn Ohm, Collin Ohm, Abby Ohm Dustin Silva, Daisy Silva; four great-grandchildren: Aaliyah, Caden, Kyla, Kiara; sisters: Dawn (Tony) Valinotti of Florida and Barbara (Paul) Liberty of Las Vegas, Nev.

Surviving are sister, Tiffany (Trent) Gwinn; brother-in-law, Josh Gwinn and grandmother, Beatrice Trent, Aunts, Lori A. Kokinda, Sharon (Dave) Bacak, Vanessa (Paul) Kellog, Ramona (Henry) Sivinski, Theresa (Keith) Hartlaub and Beverly Whitten; and Uncles, Richard M. (Diane) Kokinda and Darryl (Tracy) Trent.

Everett L. Wears, 95, of Port Clinton, passed away, Thursday, Jan. 10, at Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky. Everett was born Feb. 25, 1923 in Orma, W.V., son of Lona and Emma (Wilson) Wears. Everett worked as a maintenance man for the U.S. Gypsum in Port Clinton.
Surviving are his wife, Freda M.Wears; daughters Barbara Honas, Connie Crawford, Sheri Wears and Geraldine (Bill) Skinner; son Michael Wears; and step-daughters Loretta Sampson and Carol Swearingen.
