Suzanne “Sue” Haering, May 4, 1933 – March 12, 2019

Suzanne “Sue” Haering, 85, of Marblehead, passed away on Tuesday, March 12. She was born on May 4, 1933 in Columbus, Ohio.

Mary Jane Henry

Mary Jane Henry, 95, of Upper Sandusky, formerly of Oak Harbor, died at Wyandot County Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center in Upper Sandusky. Arrangements are being handled by the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory of Oak Harbor.

 

Martin Russell Traver, December 21. 1949 – March 15, 2019

Martin Russell Traver, 69, of Walbridge and formerly of Elmore, passed away Friday, March 15, at the Cleveland Clinic. Martin was born Dec. 21, 1949, in Toledo. Martin is survived by his wife of almost 50 years, Kay Traver; children Keith (Kim) Traver and  Jennifer (Todd) Northrup; and sister, Paula Young.

Larry R. Nickelsen, December 25, 1956 – March 15, 2019

Larry R. Nickelsen, 62, of Genoa, died March 15, at University Hospital in Cleveland. Larry was born to Raymond E. and Clara E. (Schaerer) Nickelsen on Christmas Day, 1956 in Oregon. Larry is survived by his brother, Glen (Molly) Nickelsen of Bay Village, Ohio. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. on March 23 at St. John’s United Church of Christ, 1213 Washington St., Genoa, with a funeral service at 11 a.m. Online condolences may be shared at walkerfuneralhomes.com.

 

Frederick W. Scharer, December 28, 1946 – March 13, 2019

Frederick W. Scharer, 72, of Genoa, died in his home March 13. Fred was born Dec. 28, 1946, in Toledo to Oscar H. and Constance B. (Jackson) Scharer. For many years Fred worked as a financial officer for Huntington Bank and Genoa Savings & Loan. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War.

Surviving are daughters, Constance (Fred) Lesher of Genoa and Jennifer (Brian) Gomilla of Florida. Funeral services were March 19 at Zion United Methodist Church in Elliston. Online condolences may be shared at walkerfuneralhomes.com.
